We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately.
However:
- actual colours may vary due to lighting and screen settings
- handcrafted pieces may have slight variations in print, embroidery, or finish
These natural variations are part of the uniqueness of handmade products and are not considered defects.
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes unless otherwise mentioned.
We reserve the right to update prices without notice.
5. Payments
We accept payments through available payment methods displayed at checkout, including:

- Debit/Credit Cards
- Net Banking
- Wallets (where available)
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
6. Shipping
We currently ship across India.
Estimated dispatch and delivery timelines may vary depending on:

- made-to-order timelines
- courier partner delays
- holidays or unforeseen circumstances
We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
7. Exchange & No Return Policy

Summary:
- No returns
- Exchange only for size issues or defective/torn items
- Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery
- Unboxing video is mandatory for damaged/defective claims
- Sale items are not eligible
- Return shipping charges are borne by the customer
8. Order Cancellation
Orders once placed may not be cancelled once processing begins.
Made-to-order items cannot be cancelled after confirmation.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including:
- logos
- images
- graphics
- product descriptions
- designs
belongs to The Gulaab Saa and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- indirect or incidental damages
- delivery delays caused by courier partners
- incorrect customer address/details
- misuse of products

These Terms shall be governed by Indian law.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
